Hydro Group is committed to continually improving their Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System, and take necessary action to ensure the prevention of ill health and injury at work and on-site. Action is also taken to minimise the impact on the environment as a result of work activities.

Hydro Group work activities are conducted in accordance with our accredited management system ISO 14001: 2015. Hydro Group expects an absolute commitment from everyone involved in our work activities to take responsibility and be accountable for ensuring full compliance with our policy, HSE Management System and current legislation. Key commitments include:

• Ensure that HSE is integral throughout the planning, operation and maintenance

• Proactive in hazard identification and demonstrate continual improvement

• Eliminate risk or reduce to a level which is reasonably practicable

• Setting achievable objectives and targets in our Annual HSE Programme

• Provision of information, instruction and training relevant to duties and responsibilities

• Ensure that sub-contractors and visitors are managed in accordance with our policy

• Continually strive to improve HSE Performance by auditing, monitoring, and reporting

• Promote a culture which we all have belief and commitment to achieve goals related to HSE
